Due to the proliferation of violations in the community, the Board of Directors has decided for the benefit of all to adopt a more aggressive approach in dealing with property owners not complying with documented rules and regulations.

Any modifications or additions of any kind to landscaping or structure no matter how minor they may seem have to be pre-approved including but not limited to all trees, bushes, plants, satellite dishes and basketball hoops.

Keep in mind, simply filing a request does not equate to automatic approval. Every request must be approved in writing by the HOA Board of Directors before proceeding with any work. Depending on the complexity of the request and amount of paperwork involved, this process may take several days so please be sure to allow for this when planning the timeframe for your project. Finally, no request can be considered until all outstanding violations are resolved.
