| Due to the proliferation of violations in the community, the Board of Directors has decided for the benefit of all to adopt a more aggressive approach in dealing with property owners not complying with documented rules and regulations. |
| Any modifications or additions of any kind to landscaping or structure no matter how minor they may seem have to be pre-approved including but not limited to all trees, bushes, plants, satellite dishes and basketball hoops. HOA documents should be reviewed at Rules and Regs under HOA Docs accessible thru the navigation bar on the left of this page before submitting request to ensure compliance with current rules and guidelines. |
| Keep in mind, simply filing a request does not equate to automatic approval. Every request must be approved in writing by the HOA Board of Directors before proceeding with any work. Depending on the complexity of the request and amount of paperwork involved, this process may take several days so please be sure to allow for this when planning the timeline for your project. Finally, no request can be considered until all outstanding violations are resolved. |
| The approval process must be initiated with an Architectural Request Form available thru Forms accessible thru the navigation bar on the left of this page. The request is reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee and then submitted to the Board of Directors for final approval. Additionally, violations such as poor landscaping or pool maintenance, improperly parked vehicles, commercial signs on vehicles, improperly placed "For Rent" or "For Sale" signs, waste and/or waste containers exposed will receive violation letters. |
| Failure to comply will result in fines to the property owner! |
