May 5th, 2010 - neighbors from 12208 to 12242 Country Day Circle have reported seeing a 4' alligator on their back lawns.
They called the Alligator Hotline but when they came the alligator had disappeared.

May 11th, 2010 - two sighted in back waters at 12351 CDC. Homeowner comments: "May is mating season for alligators.
They become very vicious and during the next several weeks...hide in the waters edge.
They are extremely hard to see. They also roam anywhere and everywhere in the community during this time..including streets".

July 9th, 2010 - Over the past 30 days, I have received and reported four alligator sightings in Daniels Preserve.
The same trapper, Tracy Hanson, who lives somewhere nearby, has responded each time I have placed the report.
He told me today that he has pulled three alligators from DP lakes recently and I gave him another sighting behind 12471 CDC.
Tracy wanted me to be sure adults or kids are not feeding them which may draw them to the area.
